Magnolia Plumbing, LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our team. This position is responsible for the daily receiving, stocking, pulling, and organization of inventory, while maintaining accurate receiving and truck stock records in Service Titan. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable with repetitive tasks and data entry, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders, and properly put away stock.
  • Pick and stage materials for jobs, projects, and technician truck restocks.
  • Perform routine cycle counts of assigned inventory bins and sections.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and properly labeled.
  • Identify and report damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect materials to the Warehouse Manager for adjustment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks and coordinating will-call pickups.
  • Perform material transfers between warehouse locations and technician trucks.
  • Track and process material returns.
  • Log receiving against open purchase orders in Service Titan and confirm quantities received.
  • Update purchase order status in Service Titan as shipments arrive, including partially received and fully received orders.
  • Process truck stock transfers by moving items from warehouse locations to individual technician truck records.
  • Pull and stage materials based on job and project material lists generated in Service Titan.
  • Update inventory bin and location fields in Service Titan as stock is reorganized.
  • Flag inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or miscounts to the Warehouse Manager for appropriate inventory adjustments.
  • Assist with RMA processing by tagging returned items for the Warehouse Manager to adjust in inventory.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and receiving information in Service Titan.
  • Work closely with the Warehouse Manager, Purchasing, field technicians, and other departments to ensure materials are available when needed.
Requirements
  • Prior warehouse, stockroom, or inventory clerk experience preferred.
  • Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn and use Service Titan's inventory screens.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and data entry.
  • Ability to accurately receive, organize, count, pull, and transfer inventory.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and properly labeled warehouse.
  • Reliable follow-through and ability to work effectively with warehouse and field personnel.
