Magnolia Plumbing, Inc. is seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to join our team. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, company tools and equipment, and facility needs. This role will supervise warehouse staff, maintain accurate inventory, support purchasing and field operations, and ensure the warehouse and facilities remain safe, organized, and efficient.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, shipping, returns, inventory counts, equipment, and company tools.
  • Supervise, train, and support warehouse staff while maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse layout.
  • Manage company tools and equipment, including storage, security, distribution, tracking, and maintaining accurate asset records.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee cycle counts, inventory adjustments, shrinkage, stock levels, and warehouse KPIs.
  • Manage Service Titan inventory functions, including truck replenishment, inventory transfers, return materials, purchase order receiving, and inventory reporting.
  • Partner with Purchasing and other departments to maintain appropriate inventory levels based on job and project needs.
  • Enforce warehouse safety procedures and ensure proper use of warehouse equipment.
  • Manage scrap materials, obsolete inventory, and approved asset disposal.
  • Oversee facility needs, including building maintenance, cleanliness, trash and recycling, and facility vendors.
  • Coordinate vendors for services such as security, overhead doors, sprinkler systems, snow removal, roofing, landscaping, cleaning, and other facility needs.
  • Perform routine facility repairs when outside contractors are not required.
  • Monitor warehouse and facility expenses to help ensure operations remain within budget.

    Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient warehouse and facility.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required;
    Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Critical Infrastructure, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of warehouse or inventory management experience, preferably within the trades or field service industry.
  • Experience with Service Titan or similar field service management software preferred.
  • OSHA 30-Hour Certification, Forklift Operator's Certification, CPR Certification, and HAZMAT Certification required.
  • Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facility Management Professional (FMP), IFMA certifications, and AED certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, facility management, and safety practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse/inventory management systems.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate with employees, vendors, and leadership.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse and building/facilities environment.
