Stockroom Inventory Specialist​/Part Time; Stratham, Exeter, Greenland, NH

As a Stockroom Inventory Specialist (Part Time), you will play a critical role in keeping customer operations running smoothly by maintaining accurate inventory levels, managing stockrooms, and delivering exceptional service. This position offers the opportunity to work independently, build strong customer relationships, and contribute directly to efficient supply chain and inventory management operations.

• Provide effective stockroom management at customer locations in a professional and customer-focused manner.

• Maintain inventory levels to support customer demand while minimizing shortages and excess stock.

• Conduct inventory counts, audits, reconciliation activities, and discrepancy resolution.

• Receive, stock, organize, label, and replenish inventory items.

• Utilize inventory management systems and online tools to place and track orders.

• Monitor inventory trends and identify slow-moving or obsolete items.

• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and supply chain teams on inventory needs.

• Manage scheduled routes and customer site visits while meeting service expectations.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom environment.

• Generate reports and communicate inventory concerns and recommendations.

• Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 0-2 years of related inventory, stockroom, warehouse, or customer service experience.

• Valid state-issued  driver's license.

• Ability to travel between customer locations as required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday.

• Ability to meet customer badging requirements.

• Knowledge of inventory management practices and procedures.

• Experience in a stockroom, warehouse, or inventory management environment.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Knowledge of supply chain and replenishment principles.

• APICS or other inventory management certification.

• Experience supporting customer-facing operations.
