Prosser Memorial Health (PMH) in Prosser, Washington seeks a full-time General Surgery Advanced Practice Clinician to join our General Surgery Center. Join our supportive and collaborative team of two General Surgeons and excellent support staff.

Practice Highlights:

• Services include but are not limited to patient assessment and preoperative care, intraoperative support, postoperative care, and more.
• Practice model:
  Two Physicians, Two Advanced Practice Clinicians, Registered Nurses, and Certified Medical Assistants.
• 4-day work week.
• Excellent office and support staff.
• Procedures performed with CRNA support.
• Ample opportunities for skill development, practice autonomy, and interdisciplinary communications and decision making.
• Local Administration and Board of Commissioners.

Compensation Highlights:

• Three-year guaranteed salary plus incentive compensation based on productivity.
• Compensation based on MGMA and determined by skills and experience.
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance covered 100% for provider.
• 403(b) match and qualified 457 retirement plans.
• Annual CME allowance plus 40 hours CME paid time off per year.
• Generous PTO allowance.

Prosser Memorial Health is an independent full-service nonprofit 25-bed critical access hospital located in Prosser, Washington. PMH has three primary care clinics, Therapy & Rehab Center, Dermatology Center, Digestive Health Center, Women's Health Center, General Surgery Center, Urology Center, Orthopedic Center, ENT Center, Heart Center, and Endocrinology Center. Our new state-of-the-art hospital opened in 2026.
