The facility operates as an outpatient cancer treatment center providing comprehensive oncology services. Hospital privileges are required for this position with a 90-day credentialing timeline. The center maintains modern treatment capabilities with EPIC EMR system integration for patient care coordination.

The clinician will provide comprehensive hematology and oncology services across inpatient, outpatient, and clinic settings from Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Daily patient volume ranges from 15-20 cases, with 0-2 new consults focusing on general hematology and oncology treatments. Board certification is required, and the clinician must maintain active state licensure with hospital privileges obtained within 90 days.

Phone call coverage for nights and weekends is required, though the hospitalist manages most calls and physical presence at the hospital is not necessary.
