Locum Tenens - Nurse Practitioner

Role Overview

This outpatient clinician position involves providing primary care services to patients of all ages in a Federally Qualified Health Center.

Deliver comprehensive outpatient care, manage a caseload of approximately 18 patients daily, perform acute and chronic disease management, and provide services across diverse age groups. Prescriptive authority is required, and experience serving marginalized populations is essential.

Minimum of 2 years family medicine experience, ability to work independently in an outpatient setting, and COVID vaccination (with exemptions considered). Board certification is negotiable.

• Provide outpatient primary care services in a clinic setting
• Manage acute, walk-in, and chronic conditions
• Collaborate with support staff including medical assistants and dietitians
• Maintain patient records and deliver quality care

Work Monday through Friday, no call required, with an expected caseload of about 18 patients per day. The role supports serving vulnerable communities in a supportive clinic environment.
