Description

Peace Health is seeking an experienced Urologist to join a dedicated and community-oriented practice full‑time in Ridgefield, Washington. The practice works closely with St. John Medical Center in Longview for complex cases while handling many basic procedures such as cystoscopies, ESWLs, and uncomplicated open procedures at the Ridgefield clinic. There is a strong desire to expand the clinic’s services to include robotic prostatectomies, nephrectomies, and bladder resections on‑site.

Candidates should be eager to help build these offerings and provide high‑quality care to patients across Southwest Washington.

• Full‑time role with a mix of inpatient and outpatient care.
• Schedule:
  
  2 days of surgery n Medical Center in Longview, 2 days at the Ridgefield clinic, and 1 day of admin (32 patient‑facing hours per week).
• Great growth opportunity to expand clinic services.
• Call ratio 1:3.
• Clinic and ASC building with access to a Da Vinci Xi robotic system.

• Annual base compensation: $560,601.
• Productivity/value‑based compensation available.

• Board‑certified MD or DO.
• At least 1–2 years of post‑residency experience required.
