Family Practice Physician Opportunity
Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician (1.0 FTE) to join our well-established primary care group. This position offers a flexible schedule with 36 patient contact hours and 4 admin hours per week. The practice includes both Internal Medicine and Family Medicine providers. You will assume a patient panel of 1,000+ as part of a planned transition.
There is no emergent call requirement, with an average of 18-25 patients per day. The department consists of 11 current providers including MDs, NPs, and PAs, supported by clinical and non-clinical staff. The center is a Level III Trauma Center. Compensation includes a base salary within the MGMA 75th-90th percentile plus wRVU production incentive. Additional benefits include a $30K sign-on bonus, $5K CME allowance, $15K relocation allowance, student loan repayment assistance, 30 days PTO, and comprehensive medical/dental/life/vision/pharmacy/wellness benefits, along with a 401(k) retirement plan.
Required:
Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine, Idaho license required or ability to obtain, J VISA OK.
