This tribal health facility delivers outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages within a structured clinical environment in Washington state. The facility operates with established protocols to support consistent and quality care delivery across all assigned coverage periods. On-site support staff includes medical assistants, registered nurses, and a physician to assist with daily clinical operations.

The Family Medicine Physician Associate will provide outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages at an on-site tribal health facility in Washington, working Monday through Friday during day shifts totaling 40 hours per week. The expected caseload is 10 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of primary and acute care conditions across outpatient and clinic settings.

No call coverage is required for this assignment. Prescriptive authority is required, and board certification is negotiable.
