Urologist - Locum Tenens Coverage

Role and Responsibilities:

This outpatient urology position involves serving as the sole clinician in a fast-paced clinic environment, managing a broad range of general urological cases across clinic, rounding, and OR settings. The clinician will be responsible for patient care, including prescriptive authority, and must be available for clinic hours and 24-hour call coverage, maintaining on-site presence throughout assigned periods.

Board certification is negotiable. The candidate should possess prescriptive authority, strong clinical skills in urology, and the ability to manage a diverse case load of 20-25 patients per day. Support staff includes RNs, MAs, surgery schedulers, and administrative personnel, facilitating effective patient care.

• Manage outpatient urological cases in a clinic setting
• Provide hospital call coverage as required, including 24-hour call
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Maintain continuous on-site presence during coverage periods
