Critical Access Health Center is looking to hire a Family Medicine Physician near Olympia, WA area. The company is a Growing Critical Access Health System founded in 1989 with plans for facility expansion in 2024. Our services include 24/7 Emergency Department, Level II Cardiac Center, Level III Stroke Center, Level IV Trauma Care, two rural healthcare clinics, and a seven-day-a-week urgent care.
The facility provides advanced trauma life support to critically injured patients and features state-of-the-art technology in a healing, spa-like environment emphasizing quality, access, and compassion.
Family Medicine Physician
Benefits- Salary: $225,000 – $345,000 per year + production bonus + organizational bonus
- Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, life‑insurance, retirement
- Great CME and PTO
- Medical malpractice sign‑on bonus and relocation allowance
- Typical schedule is four 10‑hour days per week with minimal call.
- Resident teaching/training opportunity available.
- Volume of 16‑20 patients per day, depending on provider choice.
- Board certified Family Medicine Physician (MD or DO).
