- Join Wenatchee Valley Medical Group (WVMG), a physician-owned and governed multispecialty group affiliated with Confluence Health
- Experience autonomous rural medicine with robust specialty support
- Work alongside a team of six physicians (three providing surgical OB) and six advanced practice providers
- Located in the foothills of the Okanogan Highlands (population approx. 4,900)
Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope family medicine care including surgical OB
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a rural community setting
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families
- Maintain thorough documentation and comprehensive patient records
- Collaborate with a supportive physician and APP team
Compensation
- Pay range: $300,000-$333,277
- First-year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median
- RVU production model beginning in year two
- Signing bonus included
