Early Childhood Education Teacher​/Coach

Overview

The Position:
We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will lead our children from ages 2 to 8 in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, or nanny), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development.

No soccer experience needed!

• Lead children aged 2 to 8 in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all participants.
• Provide individual attention to help every child succeed and maintain a stress-free, non-competitive environment.
• Offer positive reinforcement and celebrate progress and achievements.
• Engage in regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual to continuously improve coaching skills.

• Experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, nanny, or similar role).
• No prerequisite soccer experience required.
• Interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development is a plus.
• Coaches must pass a background check.

• Hours:
  
  5-15 hours per week.
• Fridays 12pm–4pm in Fall City with additional hours available during the week.
• Starting pay: $25 per hour. Promotion to supervising coach: $45 per hour.
• Quarterly bonuses offered in addition to hourly rate.
