Description- Works with Drama teacher and vocal director to put on school performances and provide music accompaniment
- Assist the Drama Coach in the musical production of one play
- Assist the Drama Coach in the practice sessions for one production
- Assist the Drama Coach in the procurement and return of props for one production
- In cooperation with the Drama Coach, assist in the procedures for sale of tickets – payment of royalties, and other necessary fiscal matters related to the production of the one play
- Other related duties to the production of one play as assigned by the Drama Coach. Maintenance and custodial chores will not normally be considered as related duties.
- Assist vocal director with piano accompaniment, helping with choral parts as needed
- Work positively with students lead sectional rehearsals
- Understand and practice positive behavior intervention practices used in the building
- Maintain confidentiality of student records as required
- Maintain good rapport with students and director
- Must be willing to have evening schedule with periodic adjustments
- Accept responsibility for assignments and, with director feedback, for intended musical outcomes
- Work cooperatively with other staff; maintain positive, respectful relationships and engagements
- Maintain regular attendance
- Other such job-related duties as may be assigned.
- Performs other related tasks as assigned by the Principal and other central office administrators as designated by the Superintendent.
