A school psychologist opportunity is available in La Conner, WA, offering a contract position in an educational setting. This role plays a critical part in supporting student mental health, academic success, and overall well‑being through assessment, intervention, and consultation.

• Conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations to identify students learning and behavioral needs
• Developing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans in collaboration with educators and families
• Providing counseling and crisis intervention services
• Consulting with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop strategies that support student development and classroom success
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to school‑wide mental health programs

• Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state certification or licensure as a school psychologist
• Experience administering and interpreting psycho educational assessments
• Strong knowledge of IDEA and special education processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school staff
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently and maintain accurate documentation
