Position Overview
The Enrollment & Student Services Coordinator is the central point of contact for families at Sunfield, guiding them through the admissions and enrollment process with care and intention. This role blends community-facing work like welcoming families, coordinating tours, and facilitating enrollment events, with administrative responsibilities such as managing student records, transcripts, immunization reporting, and other compliance-related documentation. The Coordinator works closely with faculty and staff to support both prospective and current students within all programmatic offerings, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for families and a well-organized administrative process for the school.
Qualifications & Skills- Experience in admissions, enrollment management, or school administration preferred.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; warm and approachable with families.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a small school environment.
- Comfort working with data systems, spreadsheets, and student information systems.
- Enthusiasm for and knowledge of Waldorf Education, or a great willingness to learn.
This is a year-round, 20-hour per week position, with occasional evening and weekend hours required to support enrollment and school events. This role offers potential for growth as the position develops.
Starting pay of $20/hour, 20 hours per week, with generous paid leave and holidays.
50% tuition remission for qualified dependents.

About Sunfield Land for LearningSunfield Land for Learning encompasses a Waldorf school, Biodynamic farm and community education program. We are located on an 81‑acre campus in Jefferson County on the beautiful Olympic Peninsula in Washington state.
