Job Summary
Experience the best office in the world teaching snow sports to guests of all ages. Instructors will deliver quality ski instruction to groups and individuals, providing world‑class guest service in a safe and fun environment.
Job Specifications- Starting Wage: $20.00/hr
- Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentives.

Full Time and Part Time hours available. For Full‑Time Instructors, a 40‑hour workweek is not guaranteed; scheduled hours will vary depending on business volume. - Minimum Age:

- Teach group and private lessons.
- Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children.
- Deliver world‑class guest service.
- Create a safe and fun learning environment.
- Support all needs of the snow sports school, including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, and fitting equipment.
- Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Comfortable and competent skiing on groomed blue terrain.
- Willing to work with guests of all ages and have strong comfort level with children aged 3 and older.
- Fluently communicate in English.
- Willing to work weekends/holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements.
- Comfortable being in ski boots for extended periods of time.
- Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards.
- As a Non‑Certified Ski Instructor, ability to work across multiple departments and roles to support the one‑resort mentality, which may include lift experience, mountain activities, food and beverage support, base area operations, and retail rental operations.
Submission of a Parental Consent Form upon hire, along with other applicable documents required by state law such as a work permit, physician's note, and/or proof of birthdate.
