The Principal of Cascade High School serves as the instructional leader and administrative head of the school, responsible for fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-achieving learning environment for all students. This role oversees daily school operations, staff leadership, curriculum implementation, and student success outcomes while aligning with the mission and vision of the Cascade School District.
- Master’s degree in school
administration, educational
leadership, or equivalent - Current Washington State P-12
principal endorsement - Three years teaching experience
required - Three years administrative
experience required - Bilingual proficiency preferred
(English/Spanish) - Five years teaching experience at
the secondary level preferred - High school experience preferred
CTE certification preferred - Experience with AVID preferred
- Experience with Special Education
and inclusionary practices preferred - Experience with trauma-informed
practices preferred - Experience with SWIS behavior
tracking system preferred
