Working under the direction of nursing leadership as a member of the clinical education department, the Associate Nurse Educator supports the development, implementation, and sustainment of comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing the competencies of clinical caregivers within Providence Medical Group (PMG) INWA. This role contributes to the application of educational theory and change-management principles to promote clinical development, safe practices, and positive patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing
- Upon hire:
Washington Registered Nurse License - Within 30 days of hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association - 3 years Nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ambulatory care nursing experience
- Experience in adult education and adult learning theories
- Experience in program development and evaluation
