The Christian and Missionary Alliance - U.S. Church Ministries in Elma, Washington, is seeking an Associate Pastor to support the Lead Pastor in shepherding the congregation and overseeing family ministries. The successful candidate will deliver biblical teaching and provide pastoral care.
This part-time position requires a minimum of 30 post-graduate academic credits in Christian studies, along with at least 2 years of Christian ministry leadership experience. The role also includes flexible scheduling and a compensation range of $2,500 – $3,500 per month.
