Launch is seeking a Preschool Lead Teacher to plan and deliver High Scope-aligned activities for 3- to 5-year-olds across our Seattle-area sites. You will guide classroom planning, observe and assess progress, and maintain strong family communication while upholding safety standards.
You will collaborate with coaches and staff to implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum, adapt to changes, and support Kindergarten readiness. Training and regular staff meetings are part of the role.
