Highline Public Schools seeks a School-Based Specialist / Academic Student Success Coach to join our team for the school year. This certificated, non-admin role combines leadership with direct instructional support to teachers and students.
The Specialist will lead professional development, coach staff, and coordinate PBIS efforts, while advancing a culture of belonging and equity. This position includes a total 0.9 FTE across multiple roles with prorated salary based on assignment.
