Ladgov coorporation seeking a qualified Small Engine Repair Instructor to provide hands‑on vocational training in a correctional education setting. The instructor will teach students the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of lawn mowers, weed eaters, fans, and other small‑engine equipment using an approved curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom and hands‑on small engine repair instruction for up to 15 students.
- Develop lesson plans and deliver state‑approved vocational curriculum.
- Teach workplace safety, tool use, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair techniques.
- Maintain student training records and weekly project status reports.
- Safeguard tools, equipment, and Government property.
Qualifications:
- Relevant state/industry certification or license in small engine repair or a related field.
- Demonstrated small engine repair knowledge and instructional ability.
- Ability to successfully complete required facility pre-service training.
