Location: Rosalia
Rosalia School District #320 is seeking a caring, collaborative, and student-centered educator for a combined
1.0 FTE Title I/LAP and Middle School Language Arts teaching position.
Approximately .5 FTE of the position will provide targeted Title I/LAP academic intervention, with an
emphasis on small-group literacy instruction, assessment, progress monitoring, and student support. The
remaining .5 FTE will provide standards-aligned Middle School Language Arts instruction.
The successful candidate will value strong relationships, effective instruction, collaboration, and the
thoughtful use of student data to support academic growth.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Valid Washington State Teaching Certificate with appropriate endorsement(s).
- Ability to plan, deliver, and differentiate effective instruction.
- Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to establish positive relationships with students, families, colleagues, and administrators.
- Successful completion of required fingerprinting and background clearance.
