Job SummaryThis is a 1.0 FTE non-continuing, leave replacement, position for a 4/5/6 Highly Capable Teacher.
Under the direction of the Principal,the elementary teacher is responsible for fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for students in our elementary schools. This position may include, but not be limited to, the following performance responsibilities, qualifications, knowledge, skills, and abilities which aligns with the Charlotte Danielson Framework for Teaching.
Specific responsibilities for this position are as described on the attached job description.
$75,666 - $150,267 per 2025-26 Snohomish Education Association Salary Schedule (Anticipated salary increase effective September 1, 2026.) Placement on the salary schedule is determined by official documentation verifying educational level and work experience. Salary will be prorated for less than a full-year and/or part-time employees.

Qualifications- Valid State of Washington teaching certificate with appropriate endorsement.
- Possess and maintain a valid First Aid and CPR certification for duration of employment with the District when required for position by Board Policy.
Applicants are responsible for determining that they have the appropriate endorsement and current Washington State certification for the position.
