ERSEA Assistant (Enrollment, Recruitment, Selection, Eligibility, and Attendance)

About the position:

The ERSEA (Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance) Assistant works with the Program Director and staff to implement effective enrollment systems and ensure OCCDA programs maintain full enrollment. This position is responsible for recruiting and enrolling children and families, processing enrollment applications, maintaining accurate and up-to-date enrollment records, and developing and maintaining waitlists. The ERSEA Assistant works directly with families and OCCDA staff throughout the enrollment process, ensuring applications and eligibility documentation are complete and accurate.

The position monitors enrollment, identifies recruitment and enrollment needs, and carries out strategies to maintain full enrollment across OCCDA programs.

Required

Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Experience working with computers and databases
  • 6 months experience working with spreadsheets
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Details:
  • 40 hours per week for 52 weeks per year
  • Wage$19.06
    per hour for qualified applicant
  • Regular access to a team, who will support you in all aspects of your teaching duties
  • Review of applications will begin 09/23/2026.
