• Security & Prospects: Permanent employment contract, remunerated in line with the IG Metall in-house collective agreement in a future-oriented industry
• Development & Expertise: Comprehensive onboarding, regular training and technical courses at the Vestas Academy, including qualification as an electrician (DIN VDE )

• You ensure our wind turbines operate reliably by carrying out on-site servicing and maintenance.
• Working as part of a team (at least two people), you repair turbines and resolve faults.
• You analyse electronic and mechanical error messages and accurately identify the cause.
• You carry out modification measures to enhance turbine performance.
• You document your work digitally in a simple and efficient way.

• You have completed vocational training in electrical engineering, electronics, industrial mechatronics or energy and building technology.
• Your place of work will vary within your region – you will usually be home again in the evening.
• You are familiar with working with Microsoft and iOS operating systems and apps, and ideally have experience with SAP.
• You are comfortable working at heights and can operate safely above ground level.
• You have a valid Class B driver’s licence (financial support for Class BE may be available).
• Very good German and good English skills round off your profile.
