ADP Project Engineer Sr

Description: We are Lockheed Martin. The Sr. Project Engineer for Advanced Development Programs (ADP) coordinates across engineering teams to ensure program requirements are met and provides project development and process improvements across ADP projects.

• Support proposals and business capture for Advanced Development Programs (ADP)
• Understand program’s technical information and contractual scope(s)
• Create, coordinate, and implement project plans
• Provide inputs to strategies, resolve issues, and integrate with leads and external partners
• Learn and provide inputs for continuous improvements, technical solutions, change management, and risk assessments

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, STEM, or equivalent with 3+ years of professional experience
• Experience in Project Planning
• Experience communicating with multi‑disciplined engineering teams
• Experience with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• SECRET security clearance
• Must be a US citizen

• Earned Value Management experience
• Experience with proposals, contracts, and process development
• Experience with Project Management, Project Engineering, and/or Systems Engineering
• Knowledge of engineering design and tools such as Catia v5, Teamcenter/JIRA, or other tracking tools
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Travel, overtime, odd shifts, and weekend work may be required
• Typically 5–9 years of professional experience
