Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated self‑starter who embodies a passion for dance culture and a love of the event operations space. The role requires delivering elevated customer experience for VIP activations at Insomniac festivals.

Insomniac produces some of the most innovative, immersive music festivals and events worldwide, including the Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas, the world’s largest dance music festival.

The VIP Activations team member will engage with headliners, manage various activations such as arts & crafts, food and beverage stations, scavenger hunts, and charitable giveaways. The role requires adaptability and enthusiasm to keep headliners engaged.

• Know all VIP activations and offerings, communicate enthusiastically and informatively about them.
• Have general festival knowledge (hours, stage names, major artists, nearest medic tent, ATM, water station).
• Assist in setting up the VIP area prior to doors open and maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout the festival.
• Be creative, flexible, and willing to excite headliners about any activation.

• Large‑scale event experience with more than 5,000 attendees.
• Proactive, creative thinker, capable of problem‑solving and thinking on your feet.
• Ability to work long hours, weekends, and travel as needed.
• Personable, enthusiastic, and able to work well in group environments.

• Must tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments.
• May work in extreme temperature climates.
• Must be willing to travel frequently to work events during holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Pay range $16.66–$18.00 per hour; expected compensation $17.13 per hour.
