Responsibilities
- Greet guests, scan guest tickets upon entry to the campground, answer guest questions, and assist guests with locating their campsites and examining tickets for various camping levels throughout the event.
- Assist with keeping the campground safe, clean, and presentable to guests.
- Resolve guest complaints or problems.
- Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity.
- Provide assistance to guests with special needs, such as helping with camping accommodations.
- Show CARE by participating in venue and camping recycling efforts before, during, and after the show; implement programs that conserve resources and prevent waste such as sorting waste, collecting recycling, and educating fans.
- Guide guests to exits and provide instructions or assistance in case of emergency.
- Assist in verifying staff credentials to restrict access to restricted areas.
- Partner with fellow band members at the end of the show to close the venue—collect recyclables, pick up, and properly store event equipment such as lawn chairs and barricades.
- Assist patrons by giving directions to places outside the campground.
- Ensure guests are safely enjoying the show.
- Perform additional tasks as requested by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- At least 1+ year in a guest service role (preferred).
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
- Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, occasional sitting, lifting and carrying 25 lbs. or more.

$17.13 USD - $20.00 USD Hourly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
