** position summary:
** assists the shift manager with the day-to-day operation of table games to include training, counseling, and supervision of team members.
** primary duties and responsibilities:
*** promotes superior guest service.
* maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the spirit of tâlícn and the core values of ilani.
* supervises and secures all games in assigned gaming area.
* ensures the security of the table games and related equipment and keep clear lines of communication between table games personnel and the surveillance department.
* ensures the accuracy and integrity of the player rating system.
* keeps scheduling department abreast on a daily basis of any changes, check pit time starts on a weekly basis.
* enforces ctgc gaming rules and regulations, internal controls, and department/company policies.
* keeps abreast of “special events”, entertainment, employee activities, restaurant schedules, etc.  Keeps other departments informed of developments affecting their function.
* monitors business demands and makes necessary adjustments.
* services guests, handles customer related issues with composure and professionalism.
* services employees, handles employee related issues with composure and professionalism.
* schedules floor supervisor assignments.
* maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
* performs other related duties as assigned.
** minimum qualifications:
*** high school diploma / ged; recognized equivalent of a high school diploma (red) or foreign high school diploma (fhd).
* two years’ supervisory experience in a high-volume, complex casino environment.
* must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
* must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.
* must be able to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift.
* must be willing to work in a smoking environment.
* must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.

** this role offers a starting wage of $58,259.00 annually. Candidates with relevant experience may be placed higher within the established pay range.
