RESORT PARK RANGER in Leavenworth, Washington. The role includes walking or patrolling the campground grounds, answering questions, enforcing rules, and ensuring the safety of guests and their belongings. The employee must remain calm under stressful conditions and act in accordance with local, state, and federal law.

• Monitor the property for issues or potential problems.
• Ensure proper security of the property.
• Enforce resort rules; respond to concerns and contact law enforcement if necessary.
• Screen all incoming guests through the campground gate and validate access.
• Perform routine patrols, golf cart and rental inspections.
• Process camping reservations, check guests in and out, and sell day passes and store items.
• Prioritize guest safety and satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills; proficiency with computer applications.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong situational assessment, quick judgment, and diplomatic problem resolution.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Experience in security and/or law enforcement and/or RV environments is a benefit.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays regularly.

Hourly: $17.13 - $17.13 (estimate, not guaranteed). Salary offers vary based on education, experience, skills, location, internal equity, and market data. Additional incentives such as bonuses, sales commissions, or incentive pay may apply.
