JOB SUMMARY:

Assists in coordinating activities of ONE Club Representatives and assists in coordinating Club promotions, and other Marketing or Club events.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Ability to compose departmental and business correspondence, i.e. letters, memorandums, etc. (Test required)
• Must be able to type a minimum of 25 wpm. (Test required)
• Strong math and analytical skills with emphasis on researching, interpreting, and translating a variety of data. (Test required)

• Minimum of three (3) years experience working with the public utilizing guest service.
• Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience required.
• Minimum of two (2) years cash handling experience.
• Minimum of two (2) year computer experience working with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience working in a gaming industry preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year work experience utilizing a data entry or Player Tracking System daily.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be flexible to work at all gaming sites, the Tulalip Resort Casino, Quil Ceda Creek Casino, and Bingo.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
• Must be able to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must have a successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers.
