- Listen to clients narratives and gather relevant financial information.
- Explain best loan options for clients who can buy now.
- Identify and address factors that need to be improved before qualification.
- Guide clients through the process toward home ownership, as long as needed.
- Assist in developing a pipeline of real estate agents and manage a processing bin of loans.
- Commission position.
- 3 $ 350K loans per month LO would gross approximately $ annually.
- Salary: $ 1.00 Per Hour
