Amazon s "Last Mile" Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program delivers packages to households and businesses worldwide. The finance team partners to support a rapidly expanding business, building a portfolio of delivery stations, vans, and technology to deliver packages on time. The team also works with models including Amazon Flex, Amazon Lockers, and more. You will help build one of the largest carriers on the planet.

We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst, WW DSP Finance to lead WW Delivery Service Partner Experience (DSPX) and WW DSP Headcount. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role with stakeholders across the WW DSP Programs organization and provides opportunities to make a big impact.

This role is responsible for MEC, Planning, and ROI analysis for key DSP/DA facing marketing events such as Ignite Live and Miles of Smiles for WW TPX, while supporting multiple leaders across DSP Programs. It also leads WW DSP headcount R&O and controllership responsibilities for WW DSP Programs.

• Identifies basic control risks, evaluates impact, proposes changes, and implements improvements to remediate gaps
• Delivers weekly/monthly financial close. Uses financial systems and advanced MS Excel functions to work with large data sets. Outputs plans, forecasts, budgets, and consolidations.
• Works with a variety of data sources. Identifies incomplete or inaccurate data, identifies root causes of data issues, escalates discrepancies, fixes data where possible or partners to deliver a solution.
• Uses active listening skills to communicate data (both written and verbal) clearly, and adjusts style for various audiences to articulate complex finance issues.
• Identifies and implements solutions to resolve, improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance processes.
• Makes thoughtful time management decisions independently. Prioritizes work, resolves issues, meets deadlines, and seeks feedback from management. Distinguishes between urgent and non-urgent issues and acts accordingly.
• Drives self-development in the Finance Community by seeking opportunities to expand expertise and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
• Contributes to a positive, collaborative work environment and acts as an effective influencer to new team members.

• 3+ years of tax, finance, or related analytical field experience
• Bachelor s degree in accounting or related field

• MBA or CPA
• Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
