Job Overview
Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) provides core banking, investment solutions, and client care. The role includes obtaining required Securities Industry licenses, training in client relationship management, and delivering comprehensive financial advice.
Key Responsibilities- Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (SIE within 30 days of hire, Series 7 and Series 66 within 120 days).
- Build and manage relationships with a portfolio of clients.
- Provide end‑to‑end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to the solutions offered by Bank of America and Merrill.
- Adhere to SAFE Act registration requirements and maintain required background checks.
Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays as required. Example hours: 8 am–5 pm or 9 am–6 pm.
Shift & Hours1st shift (United States of America), 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications- Aptitude for obtaining required industry licenses.
- Self‑disciplined in managing time and capacity.
- Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions.
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Demonstrates a results‑driven mindset while prioritizing client interest in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technology or applications.
- Mandarin language proficiency strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
BenefitsHourly pay: $28.85 – $33.65, based on experience, education, and skill set. The role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible. Benefits include industry‑leading coverage, paid time off, and resources to support employee impact and community contribution.
