Amazon’s North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Finance is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to be the trusted finance partner supporting finance transformation initiatives. Amazon operates the most complex retail networks in the world, delivering billions of packages to hundreds of millions of homes and businesses annually. Join a dedicated team to build the skills, tools, and processes that enable finance teams to manage complex supply chains.

Leverage operations finance expertise to develop NA transformation roadmaps and strategies. Partner with cross‑functional teams on process/product requirements, provide analytical insights and recommendations to leadership, and identify opportunities to optimize finance tools and processes.

Lead reporting on NA transformation initiatives, including success metrics and risk assessment. Resolve complex data integrity issues through stakeholder collaboration and design scalable, auditable data analysis processes.

Communicate financial data effectively through active listening and audience‑appropriate delivery. Build strategic partnerships with Finance Leaders, Operations Stakeholders, and Program/Product Managers.

Work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment partnering with teams in NA and EU to (1) form finance transformation strategy, (2) define new product business requirements and features, (3) hold teams accountable to delivering product roadmaps, and (4) lead implementation, change management, and adoption of new tools and processes. Some travel may be required.

This role partners closely with finance teams in North America, Europe, and the Rest of World within the Roof Operations Finance umbrella (CF, AMZL, NASC). It plays a critical role in leading and implementing finance transformation strategy and designing new tools and processes to optimize management of costs.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
• 3+ years of finance or related analytical experience

• MBA or CPA
• 4+ years of participation in continuous improvement projects that scale and improve controllership with measurable results
• Knowledge of Tableau
• Experience with large‑scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
