Drive the financial future of Amazon's global cargo airline as a strategic Finance Manager in Amazon Air. This pivotal FP&A role partners with Amazon Air leadership to shape financial strategy and enable critical business decisions. You will own Amazon Air's capital expenditure portfolio and lead a transformational "Think Big" initiative to identify dramatic opportunities to improve AIR's cost structure—driving affordability for Amazon's customers while maintaining operational excellence.

You will lead comprehensive financial analysis of a multi‑billion dollar air cargo network, define key performance metrics, and spearhead cost optimization initiatives that directly impact Amazon's global transportation network. Coordinate quarterly Capex reviews and long‑range planning cycles. Build ten‑year NPV and ROI models comparing lease versus purchase options for aircraft and engines, incorporating maintenance costs, residual values, and operational assumptions to inform strategic fleet decisions.

Collaborate with upstream FP&A teams including IPAT to ensure worldwide visibility and alignment on capital deployment strategies.

Think Big Cost Structure Transformation:
Lead a high‑visibility, cross‑functional initiative to fundamentally reimagine AIR's cost structure. Analyze end‑to‑end cost drivers across fleet, operations, maintenance, and network. Develop business cases with rigorous NPV and ROI analysis for dramatic cost reduction initiatives. Partner with Operations, Fleet Management, Network Planning, and Carrier Strategy to validate opportunities and drive implementation. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex analysis into actionable insights that enable AIR's long‑term affordability and competitiveness.
