Skyward Spectrum is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct, in-home ABA therapy. You will deliver individualized 1:1 sessions, implement treatment plans under a BCBA supervisor, and travel to client homes as needed to support children with autism and related conditions.
Ideal candidates bring high school completion, a willingness to obtain RBT certification if not already held, and a patient, reliable, and compassionate approach to families.
