Location: Bangor
Duties
* You will act as the initial point of contact and liaison for the brokering and funds administration of direct regional maintenance work at Trident Refit Facility Bangor (TRFB).
* You will provide guidance, information and recommend corrective action concerning funding, performance, program requirements, and implementation issues as they relate to services provided to or from outside customers.
* You will coordinate and negotiate the scope and cost of work and scheduled start and completion dates with the customers.
* You will provide data regarding cost estimate, funding requirements, and work acceptance, cancellation or rejection.
* You will maintain relationships with the shops and Planning Divisions to ensure work is progressing according to the period of performance and within budget.
* You will function as a Funds Administrator (FA) and as the command's principal point of contact and liaison for financial management of both Mission Direct and Reimbursable funds for TRFB customers.
* You will collect, evaluate and analyze data pertinent to the work assigned and provide recommendations regarding the ability to accomplish customers' requirements, taking into consideration funding, duration, material, available resource capacity.
* You will utilize Excel, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Office Suite of applications. Requirements Conditions of employment

* Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service.
* This is a bargaining unit position.
* You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
* You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
* This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required. Qualifications GS

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: evaluating ship overhaul operations by conducting workload forecasting (e.g. brokering work, cost estimating, project scheduling) and managing budgetary requirements in order to make recommendations for improving the efficiency of projects.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing ship overhaul project performance by identifying and tracking scope of work, labor hours, and fiscal requirements to improve the efficiency of projects.
