Job Title
The duties include:
Analyzing incoming requisitions, requirements, and specifications/statements of work to determine correct contract type and procurement strategy.
Preparing solicitation documents, ensuring that all required federal regulation clauses, provisions, and texts are incorporated into the resultant document.
Managing the solicitation document through closing, issuing amendments and extensions as required.
Preparing requests for audits, technical evaluations, and pre-award inspections.
Analyzing the offers received and prepares Pre-Business Clearances requesting authority to enter into negotiation.
Issuing letters of discussion, requests final revised proposals and negotiates contract terms, conditions and pricing, insuring a fair and reasonable price to the Government.
Performing post award functions on supply and service contracts. This includes negotiating and preparing modifications, terminations, equitable adjustments, and claims.
