SHARP Program Support Services Specialist; SAR WF Security Clearance

Position: SHARP PROGRAM SUPPORT SERVICES SPECIALIST (SAR WF) with Security Clearance
Location: Shaw Island

Duties
* Develop, implement, and maintain administrative practices that comply with Department of the Army (DA) and Major Command (MACOM) guidance.
* Manage leadership's day-to-day and long-range calendars.
* Communicate administrative policy, goals, and mission to all levels of the organization.
* Provide for the improvement and simplification of reporting requirements through detailed analysis of reported data and the methods used for report preparation to ensure all requirements are met.
* Act as a human resource liaison to support civilian and military personnel. Maintain and monitor personnel training records for timely compliance and assist management with technical personnel system navigation.
* Arrange and plan all CONUS and OCONUS travel using the Defense Travel System (DTS).
* Conduct detailed analyses of mission requirements to develop travel options consistent with joint travel regulations and personal preferences.
* Plan, coordinate, support, and execute a variety of social and military functions.
* Plan luncheons, dinners, receptions, and ceremonies in accordance with applicable policies, regulations, protocol, and military traditions. Requirements Conditions of employment
* Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
* This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
* This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time.
* The duties of this position require the incumbent to possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License in one of the 50 U.S. states or possessions to operate vehicles.
* Must attend/graduate from required SHARP training courses within six months of employment.
* In accordance with DoDI 6493.03, this position requires the incumbent to obtain and maintain the DoD Sexual Assault Advocate Certification Program (D-SAACP) within six months of employment. Qualifications Who May Apply:
