As a Recovery Specialist I provide care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served, consistent with recovery‑centered care principles.

• On Call; AM 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM | Days vary
• On Call; PM 5:00 PM to 5:30 AM | Days vary

Starting wage range is $17.10 – $20.61; the full wage range goes up to $24.12. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

• High school or GED.
• Demonstrated sensitivity to behavioral health issues and multi‑cultural populations (e.g., exposure through family relationships, volunteering, or other previous experience, coursework).
• Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc. (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate).

At the Telecare Fern Lodge Behavioral Wellness program, we provide intensive mental health and psychiatric treatment services in a safe, welcoming environment for adults requiring continued time for stabilization and recovery support. Our secure facility includes a full staff of registered nurses, clinicians, peer specialists, and social workers on‑call 24 hours a day to provide wraparound support. Our services are designed using Telecare's Recovery‑Centered Clinical System (RCCS).

Through the lens of trauma‑informed care, RCCS incorporates evidence‑based practices, innovative design components, and emphasizes “no‑force first” practices. Staff work with individuals within their cultural dynamic to build independence and self‑responsibility, fostering recovery and successful transition to home or less restrictive community settings.

A variety of therapies and activities adapted to individual needs and preferences are part of their treatment plan: comprehensive evaluation and risk assessment, psychiatric assessment and treatment, peer support and community group meetings, social and recreational activities, rehabilitation programming, supportive counseling on a group and individual basis, medication administration and management.
