Job DescriptionAmerican Traveler is seeking a CT/Radiologic Technologist with at least 3 years of imaging experience and current Washington State licensure.
Responsibilities- Work in a hospital‑based diagnostic imaging department
- Perform general diagnostic radiography, portable/bedside, and computed tomography (CT) exams
- Operate radiographic, CT, portable, and C‑Arm equipment including use in the operating room
- Serve a patient population that varies and includes all age groups
- Maintain a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Obtain high‑quality diagnostic images while minimizing radiation exposure
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Follow department protocols and use appropriate technical factors and immobilization devices
- Demonstrate proper use of safety and protective equipment
- May be required to float within the department as needed
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- Participate regularly in staff meetings and continuing education
- No specific radius rule for local candidates
- Successful completion of an Accredited Radiologic Technology Program
- Minimum of 3 years of imaging experience, with specific experience in CT imaging
- Current Washington State Department of Health Certified Radiologic Technologist license
- Active ARRT (R) registration required
- Current BLS certification required
License required if applicable
