- 100% outpatient primary care
- No call
- Open to nurse practitioners and physician assistants
- Flexible scheduling: either 4-10s or Monday-Friday
- Providers see an average of 15 patients per day
- Provide comprehensive care within a rural health system that offers behavioral health, dental services, and family practice
- Support patient education on chronic disease management and lifestyle changes
- EHR system is Meditech Expanse
- Work amongst both physicians and advanced practitioners
- Continuing education support and professional development opportunities
- Competitive salary starting in the range of $120K-$167K, depending on experience, plus annual quality and productivity bonuses
