Contract Length: 13 weeks (extension possible)
This contract role is ideal for a strong clinic leader with a passion for mentorship and staff development, as the Clinic Manager will be responsible for mentoring a rising leader during the assignment. The position requires in-depth knowledge of rural health clinic operations, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day clinic management. The assignment offers the potential for an extension based on performance and facility needs.
Compensation(Travel Package)
$47/hour for 40 hours per week
$476 weekly meals stipend
$770 weekly housing stipend
Total gross weekly pay: $3,126
Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow and regulatory compliance
Manage staffing, scheduling, and clinic workflows
Ensure compliance with Rural Health Clinic (RHC) rules and regulations
Serve as a mentor and educator, supporting the development of an emerging clinic leader
Provide guidance, training, and leadership to clinical and administrative staff
Maintain policies, procedures, and documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Collaborate with providers, leadership, and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Monitor clinic performance metrics and support continuous quality improvement initiatives
Minimum 5 years of clinic management experience
Strong knowledge of Rural Health Clinic operations, rules, and regulations
Demonstrated teaching and mentorship skills
Proven leadership and organizational abilities
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
RN license not required

Travel candidates welcome
Coordinates the day to day clinical operations for a group of health care professionals. Troubleshoots and resolves problems as they arise. Resolves patient problems or refers patients to appropriate resources. Ensures that patient visits and procedures are pre-authorized by third party payers, managed care organizations, and HMO’s.
Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma required.
Associate’s Degree in healthcare administration strongly preferred.
One (1) year of experience in Clinic Administration preferred.
Successful completion of background screening and hiring process.
