Clinic Coordinator / Clinic Office Manager

13-Week Contract | Travel Assignment

Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM — 5:00 PM

Hours:

40 hours per week

Contract Length: 13 weeks (extension possible)

This contract role is ideal for a strong clinic leader with a passion for mentorship and staff development, as the Clinic Manager will be responsible for mentoring a rising leader during the assignment. The position requires in-depth knowledge of rural health clinic operations, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day clinic management. The assignment offers the potential for an extension based on performance and facility needs.

Compensation

(Travel Package)
  • $47/hour for 40 hours per week

  • $476 weekly meals stipend

  • $770 weekly housing stipend

  • Total gross weekly pay: $3,126

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow and regulatory compliance

  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and clinic workflows

  • Ensure compliance with Rural Health Clinic (RHC) rules and regulations

  • Serve as a mentor and educator, supporting the development of an emerging clinic leader

  • Provide guidance, training, and leadership to clinical and administrative staff

  • Maintain policies, procedures, and documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

  • Collaborate with providers, leadership, and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care

  • Monitor clinic performance metrics and support continuous quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of clinic management experience

  • Strong knowledge of Rural Health Clinic operations, rules, and regulations

  • Demonstrated teaching and mentorship skills

  • Proven leadership and organizational abilities

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • RN license not required

Additional Information
  • Position is being filled as soon as possible

Coordinates the day to day clinical operations for a group of health care professionals. Troubleshoots and resolves problems as they arise. Resolves patient problems or refers patients to appropriate resources. Ensures that patient visits and procedures are pre-authorized by third party payers, managed care organizations, and HMO’s.

Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma required.

  • Associate’s Degree in healthcare administration strongly preferred.

  • One (1) year of experience in Clinic Administration preferred.

  • Successful completion of background screening and hiring process.
