Supportive Housing, Manchester
ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
Supportive Housing
- Link to necessary medical services and entitlements
- Assist with completing annual lease packs
- Support clients with pursuing their declared goals
- Connect to public transportation for community access
- Gather information to complete assessments every 6 months
- Collaborate completion of client’s treatment plan every 3 months
- Team building mentality
- Client oriented advocacy
PROGRAM OUTLINE:
By participating as a Bachelor's Level Intern with CHR, you can expect to gain firsthand experience and training related to clinical mental health & substance abuse evaluation and treatment as well as other services, including assessment, working on independent living skills, outreach treatment services and medication evaluation and monitoring.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in mental health field.
Experience: Demonstrated experience in mental health treatment preferred but not required.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Valid driver’s license
