• Set up and operate various respiratory care equipment for diagnosis and treatment of respiratory illnesses, in line with departmental policy.
• Play an active role in inservice education and quality assurance activities.
• Demonstrate behaviours aligned with the organization's mission, values and standards of conduct.
• Work in a patient-centred healthcare environment committed to serving its community with compassion and excellence.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an AMA-accredited program.
• Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License must be active at hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association at hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
