  Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (Office and Community-Based)

• $15,000 geographic differential
• Traditional schedule (Mon‑Fri 8‑5)
• Community-based work and in the office
• 100% paid medical, dental, vision (you + dependents)
• 25 days PTO + 11 paid holidays
• Retirement (PERS) with employer contributions
• Weekly supervision + licensure support
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary team

• Provide therapy and case management in community settings
• Complete assessments and build individualized treatment plans
• Support clients with skill-building, housing, employment, and recovery goals
• Collaborate with a full care team (med management, peers, case managers)
• Help reduce hospitalizations and law enforcement involvement
• Track progress and complete clinical documentation

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Ability to obtain WA Agency Affiliated Counselor license within 30 days
• Comfortable working in community/home settings
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

• LMHC/A, LMFT/A, or LICSW/A
• Experience in community mental health or high-acuity populations
