Responsibilities
  • Provide therapy and case management in community settings
  • Complete assessments and build individualized treatment plans
  • Support clients with skill-building, housing, employment, and recovery goals
  • Collaborate with a full care team (med management, peers, case managers)
  • Help reduce hospitalizations and law enforcement involvement
  • Track progress and complete clinical documentation
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • 2+ years of clinical experience
  • Ability to obtain WA Agency Affiliated Counselor license within 30 days
  • Comfortable working in community/home settings
  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
  • LMHC/A, LMFT/A, or LICSW/A
  • Experience in community mental health or high-acuity populations
