Job Description:
Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and treatment to patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
Design and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and daily living skills
.
Assist patients with adaptive techniques, equipment usage, and self-care activities such as dressing, feeding, and home management.
Work with patients having orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, and balance disorders to restore functional independence.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety techniques, and injury prevention
.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical protocols, HIPAA, and quality standards
.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in quality improvement initiatives
.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s / Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- WA State Occupational Therapist License (or in process)
